One Bedroom Suites

One Bedroom Suites at Bear Paw Suites can hold one or two people.  BP #3 is a handicap accessible unit (compliant with ADA) and includes a kitchen (see seperate web page for details!).

One Bedroom Suites feature :

• A ground-level patio or private deck on the upstairs units, with a table, chairs and a gas grill that is just feet from the banks of Fall River and has a beautiful view of Rocky Mountain National Park.

• A living room with couch, chair/ottomon, a coffee and end table, an HDTV with over 20 channels of HD programming, including HBO, a DVD player, a gas fireplace, a ceiling fan, a telephone, and an Ethernet or WiFi connection for high-speed internet.

• A full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, silverware, serving dishes, preparation dishes, a mixer, a toaster and a table and chairs. Sorry, but we don't provide foil, saran wrap or baggies. The refrigerator does  have an ice maker. We provide dishwashing liquid to clean dishes in the sink, which is open below for people in wheelchairs.

• A washer and dryer. Laundry soap is available for $1.00/box in the office.

• A master bedroom with a king-sized bed (we provide sheets, a blanket, a comforter and pillows), a TV with Cable, ceiling fan, a two-person spa jacuzzi, and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. When needed, we will install your specialized seat for people with physical needs. The sink has an opening below for people in wheelchairs. We provide soap, shampoo, lotion, toilet paper, kleenex and a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and wash rag for each person).

• Double ceiling construction keeps your condo quiet and cozy.
