ADA Accessible Unit BP #3

• Doors have a 33" openings
• The unit has one King Size Bed (27" high) that is movable and does have an opening underneath the bed.
• An Aero-Bed can be provided for a traveling companion or care giver to use in the living room.
• Both the kitchen sink and bathroom sink have an open space underneath and are at ADA's recommended height. 
• Toilet seat height is 17 .75"
• The range and dishwasher feature front mounted controls.

Other Ambulatory Accessible options:

• BP #4 is a mirror image of #3 , except it has a "standard bathroom" with no grab bars.  It has standard walk in shower with seat and glass sliding doors.  Both the Kitchen sink and Bathroom sink are at the ADA recommended height.  The range and dishwasher feature front mounted controls.
• All four of the 2 bedroom units in Bear Paw offer a ground level entrance, but they do not offer other accessible features.   Each have a Master bedroom on the main floor with king size bed, the second bedrooms are all up a flight of steps.
• River Stone Resorts (right next door) has a 1 bedroom unit (E2) and a 2 bedroom unit (E3) with ramps for access.   The bathrooms have a "pocket" sliding door, and the bathroom sinks, although at standard heights have open space underneath.  The showers are standard walk in showers with a small seat and glass sliding doors.

Office Accessible options:

• There is a ramp to our office for check in.  Note: the ramp is steeper than ADA specifications, but can be accessed with help and/or care.  Our office is also accessible, as is our Business Center (part of the office).   Just ask the front desk person to make the side door available if access to the Business Center is desired.
• We do not have any public restrooms or other public areas.
